Accomplished filmmaker, educator, and National Award-winning director with over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in the Indian media and entertainment industry. An alumna of FTII, Pune, she has directed prime-time television serials, reality shows, socially impactful documentaries, and critically acclaimed short films. Her works—including the award-winning Avchetan and Saankal—have been showcased at prestigious international film festivals across Europe, North America, and Asia.

She specializes in mentoring the next generation of filmmakers and content creators through a hands-on, narrative-driven pedagogy. An experienced workshop facilitator, she has taught at premier institutions in Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. With a strong foundation in both fiction and non-fiction storytelling, she brings a rare blend of industry insight, academic rigour, and creative vision.
